Muir fearfully stares at the child who doesn’t even twitch. Muir, in particular, was more startled than anyone else and jumped away. The three of them turned to look at the child who had suddenly fallen into the hot water. ( Here is my channel link if anyone is interested: Link to Yukoku no Ki ) Long story short, I created a channel featuring a certain VTuber’s Clips and was TL’ing those clips and didnt really have any time to play even (lol) You might be wondering why I have been quiet for the last few days and the answer to that is that I was focusing on my second hobby which is watching VTubers and supporting them. Previous chapter– Table of Content – Next chapter Hearing that, Hiiro and the others shrugged their shoulders in disbelief. Winkah moves her mouth while holding her belly. Then, with a *Patan*, Winkah fell flat on her back.Īrnold shouts. I’m Arnold Ocean!”Īpparently, Winkah didn’t remember falling into the hot water.Ī voice that sounded like a small beast making a painful cry reached everyone’s ears. Oh, but her full name is actually Winkah-san!” “Oh, Uncle! That’s right, she’s called Wi-san. Hiiro decided that he should leave this incomprehensible person to Arnold.Īrnold, who came back while breathing hard, looked at Hiiro and the others and saw that the girl he had just saved was awake there. “…… Ha, by the way, where did the old man go?” Muir looks up at Hiiro while looking troubled. “Ah, Hiiro-san? Wi-san seems to be reflecting on it……” Seems like he was holding a grudge because of how she gnawed at his hand a moment ago. “Don’t address me so casually, antenna woman” “Oh, I’m sorry! My name is Muir! I’m Muir Castrea!” Winkah noticed Muir’s presence for the first time and looked at her while tilting her head. “…… Oh, so your name is Winkah! I assume Wi is abbreviated from that? “Wi is Wi, okay? But Wi is also called Winkah.” She was either self-paced or natural and elusive. She was a girl who exuded a mysterious atmosphere. Muir intervened, but the girl shakes her head again. He couldn’t understand what she was saying. “Don’t call me by my name so casually, antenna woman.” “Why did that sound like a question? My hands are not for eating.” He scowled at her, but the girl didn’t seem to take offense. “What are you doing? Trying to eat my hand.” Muir finally spoke up, but Hiiro didn’t answer that and instead rubbed his hands. Checking it, the teeth marks were distinctly visible on the back of his hand. Seeing that, Hiiro took the chance and pulled his hand out. Hiiro says while his cheeks were twitching. Hiiro was relieved to see that she finally woke up. The girl’s eyebrows twitched in response to Hiiro’s voice, and then she lifted her eyelids. “She….She’s not letting go! Let go of me! Or rather, wake up you idiot!” Hearing a painful crunching sound coming from his fist, Hiiro tries desperately to pull it out of her mouth while enduring the pain, but she follows him straight to his face. It was obvious that he called her that because of her hair. “O- Ow, ouch! Let go of me, you antenna woman!”Īpparently, Hiiro had subconciously decided to call the girl Antenna Woman. What was more surprising was that the girl was still unconscious and only her mouth was moving. The reason why they were so shocked is that the girl, who was supposed to be asleep, has put Hiiro’s finger, or rather, his whole hand into her mouth. Muir was the same, as she was shocked stiff with her mouth gaping. Hiiro was shocked by the events that happened next. Now, he was pointing his fingertips at the sleeping girl to write the word on her and the next moment, an unexpected thing happened. Of course, what he writes doesn’t have to be in Kanji, but he uses them because it’s easier to understand their meaning and exert their effects. That was Hiiro’s magic.įor example, if he writes, he can make a flame to appear from nothing if he writes, he can float in the air and if he writes, he can cause a tremendous explosion. >…… That’s the name of the unique magic which Hiiro uses.Īllowing the user to write letters with his fingers to form words and bring forth the power of the word’s meaning.

Trump and some Republican China hawks have focused attention on both companies over the summer, citing national security issues. Too Late, Too Late (Motörhead cover) (live) Stone Dead Forever (Motörhead cover) (live) Loverman (Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds cover)Ĭrash Course in Brain Surgery (Budgie cover) Free Speech for the Dumb (Discharge cover) On occasions where patients were discharged with long-term antibiotics without enrollment in the OPAT database, they were identified through search of the electronic medical records (EMRs) (detailed methods in Supplementary Table 1). The patients were identified through an outpatient parental antibiotic therapy (OPAT) database maintained by the ID service. If injection drug use was not noted by these teams, it was assumed not to be present for the patient. Self-reported injection drug use was ascertained through documentation in clinical notes from the ID, addiction medicine, and/or admitting team. The date of February 1, 2019, was chosen to be the date of print publication of the OVIVA trial. Patients aged ≥18 with recent injection drug use (self-reported use within 3 months) and clinically diagnosed BJI by the treating teams (ID, orthopedic surgery, or spinal surgery) at HMC between February 1, 2019, and February 1, 2021, were analyzed. It is a public safety-net hospital for King County and a level-1 trauma and burn center for Washington, Wyoming, Alaska, Montana, and Idaho. We conducted a retrospective cohort study at a university-affiliated urban teaching hospital, Harborview Medical Center (HMC), located in Seattle, Washington. The aim of this study was to evaluate the frequency and outcomes of partial-oral antibiotic treatment in PWID with BJI. Inspired by the OVIVA trial, we define partial-oral antibiotic treatment as using oral antibiotics as part of a patient's treatment. The cure rate was lower than the 60%–90% cure rates reported by BJI studies that excluded PWID. A randomized clinical trial of early transition to oral vs prolonged IV antibiotics (OVIVA) for BJI demonstrated noninferiority of early transition to oral antibiotics, but the study excluded PWID.Ī prior study of PWID with BJI treated with prolonged IV antibiotics at our institution demonstrated a 50% cure rate, even with bundled interventions of infectious diseases (ID) consultation, addiction medicine consultation, case management, medications for opioid use disorder (MOUD), and postdischarge care in a medical respite. Īlternatives to IV antibiotic treatment are urgently needed for PWID with BJI to improve patient-centered care and reduce the cost of inpatient hospitalization, but the safety and efficacy of alternate approaches have not been well studied. Therefore, PWID frequently have patient-directed discharges (PDDs) and are often readmitted for the same or related problems, delaying management and increasing health care costs. However, this approach is resource-intensive and can diminish patient autonomy. Consequently, a common practice is to keep PWID with BJI in the hospital for the duration of the treatment course. Some care providers are reluctant to discharge PWID with indwelling intravenous catheters, fearing loss to follow-up, line tampering, and secondary bacteremia. Traditionally, 6–12 weeks of intravenous (IV) antibiotics has been recommended. Treatment of BJI for PWID can pose challenges. People who inject drugs (PWID) constitute a significant and increasing proportion of patients with bone and joint infections (BJIs). The Statewide Waste and Resource Recovery Infrastructure Plan, which provides a framework to maximise the diversion of materials from landfills for viable recovery.More broadly, the Victorian Government's waste and resource recovery program addresses some of the underlying supply and demand issues that lead to poor and unsafe management of recyclable and waste materials. The Department of Environment, Land, Water and Planning will work with EPA, Sustainability Victoria, Victoria’s waste and resource recovery groups, and fire service agencies to deliver these actions. They include reviewing the regulatory framework governing fire risk, encouraging industry leadership, considering opportunities in land use planning, and better sharing of information. The actions being undertaken are outlined in Managing fire risk at resource recovery facilities – Action Plan. The government is taking action to support Victoria’s recycling industry to build a safer and more resilient recycling industry and to ensure the security of municipal recycling. Recent changes to international recycling markets have created challenges for Victoria’s recycling industry. What else has the government committed to? Using its powers under the Waste Management Policy (Combustible Recyclable and Waste Materials), which took effect on 28 August 2018, the Taskforce focuses on safe onsite storage of combustible recyclable and waste materials and ensuring that appropriate emergency management planning arrangements are in place.ĮPA’s Management and storage of combustible recyclable and waste materials-guideline supports compliance with the policy. It will continue to visit and regulate waste and resource recovery facilities to lift safety standards and ultimately protect the Victorian community and environment. The Resource Recovery Facility Audit Taskforce, chaired by Environment Protection Authority Victoria (EPA), has inspected many of the highest risk sites in Victoria. The Victorian Government is committed to reducing the risk of fires at waste and resource recovery facilities, including those accepting recyclable materials from kerbside collections, waste tyres and construction and demolition waste.
